We follow highly experienced approach, we particulary makes us more productive and more quality preffered person, we follow versioning approach, we use tools such as git, and are comfortable with any task manager software which user prefers, but we have proper dedicated slot to update the progress, this way we utilize more time on development, instead of wasting precious time on continous reporting, it could be daily report, or two day report, or weekly meeting. At the time of specifications of the project, we want to strictly keep binded to the document, and we expect the user too, or you can choose hourly approach which would make us do any kind of work, either documented or not, hours spent is the bill for the customer.
