and Located at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
We provide services to our clients for Mobile App Development, Web Development, Maintenance for App and Cloud Servers, Installations for software/scripts on cloud servers and many more, and we mostly work with international clients, usually UK, USA, Australia and UAE.
Internally we are small team of highly skilled developers and creative people who have worked into the industry for more than 10 years and till date everyone has their very long term clients who prefer them over anyone new.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We do collect only essential personal data like name, email, phone number and city/state/country location for identification and providing specialised services according to their location or to provide them with best possible solutions with tech stack or business ideas. We do collect phone/email/skype to communicate back to them and to communicate during the development/review process. There is no other data collection done or used or outsourced.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms are just for initiating the communication and the data related to contact forms or provided in contact forms is not used or outsourced anywhere else, rest of the communication is either from the official emails or live discussions on mutually accepted platforms

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The data we have about you is completely private and nobody have access to it except the administrators, Instead of sharing your information through website or written form, we suggest you to share via trusted channels or video/voice calls, as there are always exceptions on web data, as it can be hacked/downloaded where we might not have any control
What data breach procedures we have in place
We strongly practice daily backups and avoidance for storing the data on website, and more of the website is for reference purpose, and we do practice personal data removal from website occasionally, while having useful data about active clients with us during development, and once the project is closed, we provide everything back to our clients and clear our records to avoid any data misuse or stealing
What third parties we receive data from
Currently we do not have any third parties from where we receive any data, we just have a strong network, where client gets a reference to us and we directly work with them.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
There is no such automated decision making is in place on our website.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
We are a proprietorship firm with sole owner and having other people as contractors (mostly), if someone is on salary, they are having their term for their work, moreover we strongly practice Govt. of India Tax regulations and GST compliant Invoice is generated for each work done and reported to Govt. of India for the same.
We do not practice or believe in working unethical ways, so if you do not want to have GST invoice, sorry we can’t work with you.
As we currently only working with over the seas clients, we have letter of undertaking (LUT) under GST laws, and working as Export of Services only (No products imported or exported, only services related to Information Technology or Mobile App development)
